Logged Out After Logging Into QBI

Problem: I log into QBI, and then when I try to go to another page or download orders, I get logged out.

Cause: Authentication is handled by the webserver--this is not caused by an issue with QBI.

Solution: Ask your web hosting provider to check if the PHP session cache is full or corrupt. Fixing this in every case has cured this problem. It is not unknown to have to call the host a couple of times before they figure out what they need to do.
